WebToolsPlus.com is a personal blog by a web developer from Riga, Latvia.
I will try to somewhat regularly post links and articles on things I found useful and some tutorials related to Web Development, Linux and IT in general. I always been amazed by how stuff works, and at my free time love repairing, making and simply understanding all kinds of technical things. I never felt any good at writing, particularly in English, but now decided to give it a try. Still, I consider this more as my personal bookmarking site, than any kind of journalism or source of indisputable truth.
